  So we go to Rascals' one Friday night, they have a group called "Dueling Pianos". The place was very busy, music started late, that was no big deal. But lets talk about the service...in short understaffed. Maybe two or three girls working the floor. For the crowd they needed at least two more waitresses. There were times when no one was behind the bar, More on that later. So we order an appetizer and two pizza's, the pizzas were stuffed so they would take about a hour. It took 45min to get the nachos. The pizza on the other hand was a no show for two hours (it was nothing special). And when it did it was it was the wrong pizza. You ask how did I know, the waitress told us. So to make up for it they said it was on the house, good and fair. And they would make us a thin crust right away, also on the house. That took just over an hour. So after we had enough we wanted the bill. We tried to find someone, my wife stood at the bar and waited. After 5 minutes she got feed up and walked behind the bar and into the kitchen. When she found the waitress she asked us what we ordered...yea that's right we had to tell them, no one kept track. But today the real fun started, I opened my credit card statement. The first charge was for the amount I agreed to pay for the drinks and nachos. The second amount was for the "on the house" pizzas. I'll be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. So in short stay away from this dump and don't let them touch your credit card.
